The house is on Valtellina Wine Road, on Via dei Terrazzamenti, and is connected to Sentiero Valtellina, the hiking-cycling pathway at the lower end of the valley, along Adda river.

It’s a restful stop in the middle of the Alps, when going from Lake Como to Alta Valle, halfway between Morbegno and Sondrio.
